the expirience i had at pivot point is really disappointing….they show their brand..but the service is reallyreally poor…if u dont like their service…they blame you..i came all the way from bangalore..to get hair cut..coz i have heard abt it a lot…but its really really disappointing….
just an advice for dem…if they cannot value their customer views..they even dont have right to put blame on them for their own poor services
